Employee Assistance Program
WATCH provides a supportive work environment. Employees have access to 24/7 confidential counselling support.
Staff Training
WATCH Employees continue to learn and develop their skills via our online training platform, and on the job mentoring. This ensures WATCH continues to meet the needs of participants and to promote and deliver a service in line with the directions of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, the NDIS Code of Conduct and Guidelines, and the NDIS Practice Standards.
