Complaints, Compliments & Feedback

We value your complaints, compliments & feedback. These can lead to staff recognition and awards, and improvements for better services for people with a disability at WATCH Disability Services Inc.

If you are making a complaint, we will do wat we can to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction. Coming up with solutions together is good for everyone.

If you are not satisfied with the way WATCH resolves or handles your complaint you can make a complaint by contacting the NDIS Commission via the or calling 1800 677 342.


If you are providing a compliment or feedback like a suggested opportunity for improvement, we will ensure this is passed on to the relevant person, and recognition is acknowledged were due.

Participants may like to use an advocate to assist them in presenting their complaint, compliment, or feedback. The advocate may be an appointed guardian or supported decision maker, a plan nominee, or family member, friend, or a representative from an advocacy organisation, such as:
